Contract management and contracting

Contracts are prepared, obtained, assessed and overseen in the Contract Management department. We guarantee consistent updating of contractual relationships based on the latest legal framework conditions.

A property’s increase in value is closely related to an optimum management scheme. “Contracting” is the term used to describe the assignment of tasks to specialised companies. We thus initially determine the specific service requirement, formulate the suitable assignment strategy, and implement this in consultation with you.

Brokerage and leasing, tenant management

We consistently optimise existing tenancies, and also attend to arranging successor/renewed leases. Our property managers regularly conduct analyses, and contact tenants directly if necessary.
